Lightship

This model was Model of the Month in Meccano Magazine April 1957. It is based on the South Goodwin lightship which was destroyed in a storm in 1952.

My model includes a light which flashes the historically correct sequence (which I found here). The sequence is controlled by two 555 timer chips.
